Working principle

Industrial circulating water dosing equipment

The equipment is composed of a metering pump, an anti-corrosion medicine tank, an intelligent control cabinet, a liquid level sensor and pipeline valves. Once the dosage ratio of the reagent and the operating parameters are set in advance, the equipment can achieve fully automatic quantitative dosing. The system automatically adjusts the dosage of chemicals in real time by matching the water quality and flow rate of the circulating water. It is equipped with low liquid level warning and overload protection functions, eliminating the need for manual daily dosing and on-site supervision.
